Disc 1, Track 1: Instructions and Suggestions: Important and helpful information to
enable the listener to obtain the best possible outcomes from these
meditations.
Disc 1, Track 2: Calming Breath: A guided meditation to reduce anxiety, enhance the
ability to center oneself, and deepen the sense of inner calm through
focusing on the breath.
Disc 1, Track 3: My Safe Haven Within: A guided meditation to create and utilize a
place within oneself where there is a sense of safety in times of high
stress or anxiety. This meditation includes the tools to contain and
secure intrusive thoughts, feelings, and images that often negatively
impact daily life.
Disc 2, Track 1: Healing the Landscape of My Heart: This meditation enables the
exploration of, and healing from, the wounds of trauma to the body/
mind and spirit that are often experienced in the form of a broken
heart.
Disc 2, Track 2: Healing Affirmations For Healthy Living: This meditation contains a
variety of positive affirmations to strengthen the healing process from
trauma. It provides the framework to develop and strengthen positive
thoughts and beliefs and addresses issues of body/mind and spirit that can empower the person toward a future that is positive and healthy.

Background and Training
Jane has a Master’s of Education in Health Education,
from Pennsylvania State University, with an emphasis on
Mind/Body Medicine. She is a Certified Health Education
Specialist, a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and is certified in
Interactive Imagery(sm). Jane did post-graduate training at The Harvard
Mind/Body Medical Institute in Boston, MA, and the Academy for Guided
Imagery in Los Angeles CA. Her own experience with cancer in 1988
taught her the value of imagery, hypnosis and other forms of mind/
body medicine to reduce stress, minimize side-effects, and enhance her
wellness. As a national speaker, she presents in clinical, lay, and retreat
settings on a variety of topics related to Mind/Body and Spirituality. (read more)
